Cooking Instruction

For best results cook while frozen. Thawing is not required. Deep fry frozen Aloo Tikki in hot oil on medium heat (170°C – 180°C) for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown. Drain and serve hot with mint and coriander chutney or ketchup.
