1. Using your fingertips, apply some water on the straight edge of the Patti. Join the two ends, bringing the watered edge on the top of the plain edge. Press the edges so they’re sealed well.
2. Stuff the prepared stuffing inside the Samosa.
3. Press the edges so they are sealed nice & tight. Using your fingertips, apply some water on the round Samosa cone circumference.
4. Press both the edges and make sure there are no cracks. Now gently slide the prepared Samosa in the frying pan and cook it in deep frying oil.
5. Turn over the Samosa in between and keep frying till they turn golden. Drain the excessive oil from the Samosas on paper towels and serve them!
