For heating only use defrost mode. of not defrost outside,
prior to heating. Set microwave on defrost mode,
place frozen PK Beef Seekh Kabab in the microwave
and heat for 3-5 minutes or until hot.
Preheat a lightly oiled pan, place Seekh Kabab and
turn them every few seconds while heating.
Fresh beef, Fresh onion, Fresh green Chili,
Corn starch, Salt and Premium Spices.
