For heating only use defrost mode, of not defrost outside,
prior to heating. Set microwave on defrost mode,
place frozen PK Chicken Seekh Kabab in the microwave
and heat for 3 - 5 minutes or until hot.
PreHeat a lightly oiled pan, place Seekh Kabab and
turn them every few seconds while heating.
Boneless chicken, Fresh onion, Fresh
green chili, Corn starch, Salt & Premium
